Hiring needs may include heavy equipment operators, excavation crew leaders, CDL drivers, laborers, foremen, mechanics, and other construction or sitework professionals. Available positions depend on current projects and company growth.

Our company is based near Waynesville, Ohio, and completes residential, commercial, agricultural, and rural excavation projects throughout Southwest Ohio. Employees may report to different jobsites depending on the project schedule.

Experience requirements depend on the position. Leadership and operator positions generally require demonstrated experience with excavation equipment, jobsite safety, grading, utility work, and crew coordination. Entry-level opportunities may be listed separately when available.

A valid Class A CDL is required for the current Heavy Equipment Operator and Crew Leader position. CDL requirements for future openings will be identified within each individual job description.

Preferred experience may include excavators, mini excavators, skid steers, dozers, loaders, compactors, dump trucks, trenching equipment, and other machines commonly used for excavation, grading, drainage, utility, demolition, and land clearing projects.

Relevant experience may include storm sewer installation, sanitary sewer installation, water service lines, utility taps, culverts, drainage systems, land clearing, concrete work, demolition, grading, site preparation, trenching, and underground utility work.

Full-time employees may have opportunities for overtime depending on project schedules, workload, seasonal demand, weather, and operational needs. Overtime is not guaranteed.

Compensation is based on the position, relevant experience, CDL qualifications, equipment knowledge, leadership ability, safety record, technical skill, and overall fit for the role.
